Welcome to Fairtrade at St Andrew’s Church, Bedford. Our small, but perfectly stocked shop inside St Andrew’s Church Centre on Kimbolton Road, Bedford MK40 2PF is packed to the rafters with quality foods and beverages, delicious treats and beautiful gifts. Look for the ‘Fairtrade at St Andrew’s’ A-board outside.

Visit us on a Monday, Wednesday or Sunday morning or get in touch to place an order, invite us to run a stall for you, or ask us to open for you to visit.

We take card payments, so you can still shop with us even if you don’t have any cash with you.

Opening Hours

  • Mondays 10.00am to 11.30am in term time
  • Wednesdays 11.00am to 12 noon all year
  • Sundays 11.15am to 12.15 pm all year

We also open on the first Friday of each month, 10.00 to 12 noon alongside the Coffee and Company open to all drop in.

We will open the shop at other times on request, with a bit of notice, should you be interested in shopping outside of the advertised hours.

We also run a variety of special events including celebrations for Fairtrade Fortnight, World Fair Trade Day, our long established and well known three day Amazing Autumn Fair and a Christmas Bazaar.

If you can’t come to us then maybe we can come to you? We love to be invited to run stalls for other organisations and at a variety of events. We also offer talks on fairtrade which can be geared to any background or age group and we promise it will be interesting!

Prefer to run your own fair trade sale but worried about the risk of buying in stock? We offer the facility to borrow goods from our extensive stock on a ‘Sale or Return’ basis.
